Exploration Three

I learn best by seeing examples visually. The most effective way for me to learn information is by seeing it with my own eyes. In high school, whenever we were assigned those oxford vocabulary books the only way I could learn and remember the words was by making flash cards.

In my opinion, the purpose of getting an educatoin is to gain knowledge. Throughout all of the years of attending school, I acquired new skills like how to write essays in different perspectives or new study habits that helped me get a better grade on tests. I learned necessary information that would help me survive in the present. Another reason to get an education is that it will affect your future. Getting an education gives you a better chance of being hired for a job which leads to earning a profit. We all know that money is important.

Education will affect my future in a positive way. I'm feeling a little skeptical about the future because even though my major (mechanical engineering) has a lot of job opportunities, that means that there will be more competition.
