topics for presentation

1. gangs and gangsters
2. prohibition
3. ku klux klan

I would be interested in learning about all three topics, but mostly gangs and gangsters. I want to know what people like Al Capone did exactly and how they got away with all of it. Times have certainly changed, so for me it would be interesting to learn how gangs in the depression era compare to gangs today. The KKK is something that would be less familiar to me because I've never gone in depth with what all they were about and what they did. The same goes for prohibition, but i would be more interested in researching that. I remember small things about how Americans reacted to prohibition but not in depth or what all the government had done with it.
