Out of these three topics of interest i would be most interested in studying about the Harlem Renaissance. I am interested in this topic because I have heard a lot about the Harlem Renaissance and would like to look into it more. Immortal Technique has many references in his songs to Harlem.The Harlem Renaissance was from 1920-1940 and was based on the African-American community. Instead of using direct political means artists, writers, and musicians employed culture to work for goals of civil rights and equality forming in Harlem New York City.  I would also like to study the prohibition and its repeal.
