Get rich with: Nature

This article focuses on how we should appreciate nature more because of all the benefits it gives us.
He talks about how nature helps give you better aspects of life. For example he talks about how fresh air and being outside makes you healthier. It relieves stress and worry. Another thing he talks about is the monetary benefits from doing things the natural way. For example, walking and biking help save money because you don't have to drive a car a pay for gas. Doing nature based activities like having lunch in the park is another option to save money. And he puts up the fact that the areas with the largest amount of nature available have the lowest cost of living. He ends the article by stating that doing things the natural way will make you realize that you have less need for money but you gain more resources as a result.

In a similar article, it talks about 50 ways to help save money but also help nature. One of the ways is to use both sides of paper because according to this source, american businesses throw away 21 million tons of paper every year and it can be cut in half by using both sides. Another way to save money is by turning off computers at night. Instead of leaving a computer in sleep mode, turning it off can save 40-watt hours per day which eventually adds up to $14 per year. I think this article is very important because I'm sure that if everyone looked this over and started making change, we would help improve the world.

  1. I admit it is very difficult to admire nature when you're in college, commute to school, and it is winter in Ohio. Nonetheless, this is a very important thing to remember, not only for monetary benefits but health benefits as well. I have noticed I am significantly happier when I get to spend more time outside.

  2. I think that more people should listen to him and do things that he says. Like Jordan said it is hard for college students to walk instead of drive but i think that there are alot of people that can do this and it could improve their lives. I liked the picture because scenes like that help people relieve stress and fell happier.
