Hello my name is Emily McFadden and I am a freshman here at OSUM and I am majoring in Engineering but undecided on what field. My older sister is a sophmore at OSU and now I am too. My fun fact is that I am a twin. She is 2 minutes older than me but we are best friends. I also have a 3-year old Standard Poodle, her name is Macie. I have been on 3 Caribbean cruises with my extended family since I was a freshman in High School. I love spending time with my family. Not only do I like spending time with my family, I enjoy playing softball. I have been playing on a DYA team for 9 years. I am a pitcher and play first base.
My favorite buckeye is my older sister Alicia, because she recently just ended her attendance at OSUM and now is attending main campus. She inspired me to do this because she wasn't sure where she wanted to go to school either but decided on OSU, since she is now on main campus I realized that I want to do it too. And with her help I know I can do it.
That's awesome you're a twin. I am, too! Its really good that you have a positive outlook for OSU main campus; I wish to transfer there, as well. You're lucky you got to go on so many cruises! I've been on 1 and loved it. I hope to go on more in the future. Its awesome that your sister is your favorite Buckeye; my sister is mine, too!
ReplyDeleteGoing on cruises sounds awesome, but I recently came off of a "Shark Week" marathon so I'm not planning on going near any body of water deeper than a puddle any time soon. Is it weird going without your twin? I imagine it'd be weird.
ReplyDeleteI also love spending time with my family, I recently came back from a family reunion and can say that it was the highlight of my summer. I also have a brother that attends OSU main and he was one of the main reasons i decided to go to OSU.

ReplyDeleteEmily, it's so cool that you are a twin! i wish i was as close to my little sister as you are to yours, and its cool to see that you dont actually hate one another like some siblings haha!
